Renesas Sound has been using CPG_AUDIO_CLK_I on CPG_CORE for clock,
but this was wrong. Instead, it needs to use CPG_MOD, so clk_i can
handle the "ADG" bit in SMSTPCR9.

Some EtherAVB variants support internal clock delay configuration, which
can add larger delays than the delays that are typically supported by
the PHY (using an "rgmii-*id" PHY mode, and/or "[rt]xc-skew-ps"
properties).
Historically, the EtherAVB driver configured these delays based on the
"rgmii-*id" PHY mode. This was wrong, as these are meant solely for the
PHY, not for the MAC. Hence properties were introduced for explicit
configuration of these delays.
Convert the R-Car Gen3 DTS files from the old to the new scheme:
- Add default "rx-internal-delay-ps" and "tx-internal-delay-ps"
properties to the SoC .dtsi files, to be overridden by board files
where needed,
- Convert board files from "rgmii-*id" PHY modes to "rgmii", adding
the appropriate "rx-internal-delay-ps" and/or "tx-internal-delay-ps"
overrides.
Notes:
- R-Car E3 and D3 do not support TX internal delay handling,
- On R-Car D3, TX internal delay handling must always be enabled,
hence this fixes a bug on Draak,
- On R-Car V3H, RX internal delay handling must always be enabled.

R-Car Gen3 SoCs need to enable/deassert clocks/resets of both usb 2.0
host (included phy) and peripheral. Otherwise, other side device
cannot work correctly. So, this patch revises properties of clocks
and resets. After that, each device driver can enable/deassert
clocks/resets by its self.
Notes:
- To work the renesas_usbhs driver correctly when host side drivers
are disabled and the renesas_usbhs driver doesn't have multiple
clock management, this patch doesn't change the order of the clocks
property in each hsusb node.
- This patch doesn't have any side-effects even if the renesas_usbhs

Browsing the DTS for all the R-Car SoCs with similar part numbers
makes my head hurt, so to improve the user friendliness of the
DTS code base include R-Car product name in each DTSI file.
Product names are derived from

The VSPD and FCPVD nodes have overlapping register ranges, as the FCPVD
devices are mapped in the memory range usually used by the VSP LUT and
CLU, which are not present in the VSPD. Fix this by shortening the VSPD
registers range to 0x5000.

string
The compat string renesas,gpio-rcar has been deprecated since v4.14,
the same release that r8a77990 SoC support was added. Thus
renesas,gpio-rcar can safely be removed without any risk of behaviour
changes between old and new mainline kernels and DTBs.
