As a preparation to removal of a6xx.xml.h, drop the C++ part of the
heder, it is not used by the kernel anyway.

This updates the GPU headers to latest from mesa, using gen_header.py
(which is used to generate headers at bulid time for mesa), rather than
headergen2 (which doesn't have proper support for A6XX vs A7XX register
variants).
Mostly just uninteresting churn, but there are a couple spots in a7xx
paths which update REG_A6XX_foo to REG_A7XX_foo for registers which are
a7xx specific.

Add some missing definitions required for A7 support.
This may be substituted with a mesa header sync.

We can do a few more things to improve our chance at a successful gpu
recovery, especially during a hangcheck timeout:
1. Halt CP and GMU core
2. Do RBBM GBIF HALT sequence
3. Do a soft reset of GPU core

This patch adds support for enabling Graphics Bus Interface(GBIF)
used in multiple A6xx series chipets. Also makes changes to the
PDC/RSC sequencing specifically required for A618. This is needed
for proper interfacing with RPMH.

The current design greedily takes a big chunk of the PDC
register space instead of just the GPU specific sections
which conflicts with other drivers and generally makes
a mess of things.
Furthermore we only need to map the GPU PDC sections
just once during init so map the memory inside the function
that uses it and adjust the pointers and register offsets
accordingly.
